Delivery Destinations
Usually mainland UK orders are packed, dispatched and delivered to your door within 1-3 working days, but please allow up to 7 days for some items and also products needing alternative delivery services. Delivery times throughout the UK are kept to a minimum by using a combination of our own transport, Royal Mail and national couriers.European Delieveries
Deliveries to the rest of Europe usually take 3-7 working days usually using Surface Mail, and worldwide 2-4 weeks dependant on the item ordered. If any unusual delays are due to occur you will be informed by a member of sales team. Delivery charge start from £3.99 to Europe and the rest of the World. International Delivery
We can offer a delivery service to the majority of the world except where there maybe trade restrictions on certain items.
Our parcel carriers deliver weekdays between 7am and 5pm. If nobody is available to receive and sign for the delivery it will be left in a safe location or with a neighbour (complying with any instructions given). If this is not possible a card will be left with the carrier's telephone number. Please call the number to arrange for redelivery or collection.
